#FCC NPRM affecting 24GHz device operations

The FCC has adopted a new Notice of Proposed Rule Making (NPRM) affecting the 24.25 to 27.5 GHz band 47 CFR Part 30 devices. In the NPRM, the commission proposes that the unwanted emissions limits in the 23.6 to 24GHz band be modified to protect passive sensors used for weather forecasting and scientific research.
